MeVirtually is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your personal information belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect (very little) and how we handle it.

2. No Data Storage

We do not store your resume data. All resume content you enter or upload is processed entirely in your browser. When you close or refresh the page, your data is gone. We do not save, cache, or retain any personal information you enter into the resume builder on our servers.

3. AI Processing

When you use our AI-powered features (resume parsing, recommendations), your file content is sent to a third-party AI service (Hugging Face) for processing. This data is:

• Transmitted securely over HTTPS;
• Used solely for the purpose of parsing and generating resume content;
• Not stored by us after the response is returned;
• Subject to the AI provider's own privacy and data handling policies.

4. No User Accounts

MeVirtually does not require registration or sign-up. We do not collect names, email addresses, passwords, or any personally identifiable information from regular users.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. If third-party services integrated into the site (such as Google AdSense) set cookies, those are governed by their respective privacy policies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with the following third-party services:

• Hugging Face AI — for resume parsing and AI recommendations;
• Google AdSense — for displaying advertisements (if enabled);
• Firebase — for application hosting and admin authentication.

The Service may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense or similar services. These services may collect data about your browsing activity to serve personalized ads.
