MeVirtually is a free, browser-based AI resume builder. The Service provides tools to create, edit, and export resumes. All processing occurs in your browser — we do not store, retain, or transmit your resume data to any server beyond what is needed for AI-powered parsing during your active session.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The creator(s) of this Service make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated, parsed, or displayed by the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR(S), OWNER(S), OPERATOR(S), OR CONTRIBUTOR(S) OF MEVIRTUALLY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the resume content generated or parsed;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
• Any loss of employment opportunities or other consequences arising from the use of resumes created with this Service;
• Any third-party conduct or content on the Service;
• Any matter relating to the Service.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of all information entered into your resume;
• Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use;
• Ensuring your resume complies with the requirements of your intended use;
• Not using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the creator(s) and operator(s) of MeVirtually from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to parse and suggest resume content. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. You acknowledge that you bear full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before incorporating it into your resume or submitting it to any third party.

8. No Professional Advice

The Service does not provide professional career counseling, legal, or employment advice. Any recommendations or suggestions are generated algorithmically and should not be construed as professional advice.

9. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
